LIVING ON A PRIVATE NATURE RESERVE ABOUT 75KM OUT OF CAPE TOWN. THERE ARE ABOUT 220 HOUSE ON THE ESTATE. WE HAVE MICROLIGHTS FLYING AT VERY VERY LOW ALTITUDES OVER THE HOUSING ESTATE. WHAT DOES THE LAW SAY ABOUT FLYING OVER A RESIDENTIAL AREA ? CAN A MICROLIGHT LAND WHEREVER THEY WANT TO WHEN IT IS NOT AN EMERGENCY ? THANKS

Not sure who was involved or why, but you may want to consider not doing so again...some of the locals are clearly not happy.
