Who does finance for microlights?? I have never tried to apply as yet...will it be someone like Wesbank?? Any idea what their requirements are regarding the aircraft?

Don't think you will be able to finance a microlight easily. Most guys just do a personal loan. Apparently microlights are risky according to the banks and life insurance companies :?

Kobus , try ABSA , I had success with them a couple of years back ( LSA)
