Precipitation: No
Visibility: 10km

Comments: Unbelievably perfect flying conditions! BUT extremely hot and wind-free, so be aware of DENSITY ALTITUDE, WHIRLWINDS and THUNDERSTORMS! Compensate for slight tailwind (N 3-3) if landing on Aeroden 18 later in the morning.


Sunday Morning - 19th January:

Surface Wind: ENE 3-6 knots increasing to NW 7-10 knots later in the morning.
High-Level Winds: Slight (10 knots @ 1000ft AGL)
Temperatures: 18-30C
Cloud Cover: Very slight chance of some low-level cloud.
Precipitation: no
Visibility: 10km

Comments: Another great day for flying! Again, hot and wind-free requires DENSITY ALTITUDE checks, and special vigilance for WHIRLWINDS and THUNDERSTORMS! Slight quartering tailwind (NW 7-10) if landing on Aeroden 18 later in the morning.

Cloud Cover: Yes - low-level - BEWARE!
Precipitation: Slight chance of rain
Visibility: 10km

Comments: Although visibility remains fairly good, the forecasted cloud could render flying impossible.


Sunday Morning - 9th February:

Surface Wind: E 4-6 knots increasing at first to ENE 5-8 knots and the decreasing to N 5-5 knots later in the morning.
High-Level Winds: No
Temperatures: 18-26C
Cloud Cover: Yes, some low-level cloud may develop from early to mid-morning! BEWARE!
Precipitation: Slight chance of rain
Visibility: 9km

Comments: Although visibility remains fairly good, the forecast cloud could render flying impossible. A little window of cloud free conditions in the morning should not lead pilots into a false sense of security. Low-level cloud is forecasted to start building from early to mid-morning.

Report Summary: Great opportunities for early morning flights on both days! Low-level cloud and possible rain later on in the mornings on both days, so get in early! I have added both a RAIN CHART and a WINDS MAP, so please let me have your feedback!

High-Level Winds: Some (13 knots @ 1000ft AGL)
Temperatures: 17-28C
Cloud Cover: Yes, later in the morning - low-level cloud
Precipitation: Yes, a chance of rain later in the morning
Visibility: 10km

Comments: Perfect weather for an early morning flight! Get in early as there is a chance of low-level cloud and rain later in the morning. Look out for the light tailwind (N 5-6) when landing on Aeroden 18 later in the morning!


Sunday Morning - 23rd February:

Surface Wind: NE 2-4 knots decreasing to NE 1-3 knots later in the morning.
High-Level Winds: No
Temperatures: 17-30C
Cloud Cover: Yes, later in the morning - low-level cloud
Precipitation: Yes, a chance of rain later in the morning
Visibility: 10km

Comments: Perfect weather for an early morning flight! Get in early as there is a chance of low-level cloud and rain later in the morning.

Cloud Cover: Yes, high and mid-level cloud. Low-level cloud later in the day only.
Precipitation: No. Later in the day only.
Visibility: 10km

Comments: Saturday morning is flyable! BEWARE OF CHANGING CONDITIONS! Please check before heading out!


Sunday Morning - 2 March:

Surface Wind: E 5-11 knots increasing to NE 9-16 knots later in the morning.
High-Level Winds: Yes, light (16 knots @ 1000ft AGL)
Temperatures: 16-19C
Cloud Cover: Yes, low-level cloud!
Precipitation: Yes
