SCRM Course for those interested?

Postby Bundy » Tue Feb 04, 2014 5:04 am

Morning guys,

Darrel Lush (from AvCom) is planning to host a SCRM Course on Feb 22nd and March 15th 2014. For those interested in attending, please RSVP on the AvCom Thread:

http://www.avcom.co.za/phpBB3/viewtopic ... 9&t=129977

For those of you not registered on AvCom, here is the text and the RSVP mail address:
I can run two workshops in the next month or so. One is in Sandton and the other is at Tedderfield. I have no problem running two workshops. The Sandton workshop will be limited to around 30 people and the Tedderfield workshop can accommodate more. I have to just rent some chairs and we can turn it into a bring and braai I would imagine.

SO I am proposing 22 February and 15 March at 09H00. Depending on the numbers we will advise which venue it will be.

Please can you RSVP on my e-mail address at: lushd@mweb.co.za and I'll keep everybody in the loop.

Darrell
As you well know, an attempt was made to get a similar course going for the NPL crowd but was met with strong resistance by some.

I'm not going to go down that road again, nor will I start a "debate" about it's merits....I simply state this.... if you believe you have been equipped with all the necessary cognitive tools to make consistently accurate and sound decisions when flying...then by all means give it a miss?

If however you are a pilot who wants to improve the decision making capabilities you use everytime you fly, then I strongly recommend you attend. vhpy
It can only make you a safer pilot.

Hope to see some of you there.
