Komati Flight Academy will be moving to the Petit airfield at the end of March 2013. I will keep a branch open at Komatipoort, so we are not completely closing our operations in the area. Our main training focus at Petit will remain the same where we will only specialize in Tailwheel training on the Bushbaby, Explorer and Safari aircraft as well as the advanced training course we are currently offering. I will however be available to do licence renewals and flight tests on trikes and other 3 axis planes and in selected cases I will be available for Test flying newly build and modified LSA aircraft.

All our approvals are in place. We will start operating from the Petit airfield the 8th of March 2013. See you there. (^^)

We would like to welcome Nicolene to our ranks. (^^) Nicolene is a CPL pilot and just completed her LSA taildragger instructors rating. We now have 3 full time instructors and 1 part time CPL/ATPL Gr 2 instructor at the school.
