ELT/PLB

Where can I get a list of available devices? I Google a lot, really a lot, and I am battling to get devices, specs, suppliers, etc. If you can suggest a device, please do.

Hi Juanita

Fast find PLB from MCmurdo. I bought mine from the Rotax shop at Rand airport.

I inquired from an agent exhibiting at Tedderfield whether their portable units were to be accepted for flying in Moz (another non certified aircraft pre-condition rumour?) and she could not answer me.

The FastFind 220 is great! Small, lightweight and easy to deploy! Also, has a 6-year battery life!

Has both satellite distress signal and emergency locator beacon.

I bought two but am only using one, so PM me if interested!
