Pylon Racing: Sat 2 Nov in Parys Incl Trikes

Postby alanmack » Mon Oct 28, 2013 5:23 pm

Have just phoned Scully Levin ( 083 500 8387) e-Mail: flyboys@global.co.za

The Pylon racing event this Saturday at the Parys airfield is on. Microlights including Trikes are welcome.

If you fly in you must land before 9am
If you want to participate you must phone Scully and be there for the briefing at 9am.
The event will run from 10am to about 3pm
Full on site catering is available including breakfast etc.
Google puts it about 120Km from JHB ( depending on where you leave from)

See you there

Fly safe

I was a little dissapointed in watching the racing... what did make it though, was the displays from the 2 harvards, and the pitts specials... good morning all in all...

Would have loved to have seen some GTs there, I think they would have given the Cheetah a run for his money...

The event was quite well attended by fly in spectators, but no trikes to be seen...

I was there, as a passenger in a Savanna.

Those pilots were scared shitless as we climbed out from the Savanna, you should have seen the relief when we did'nt register.

Cheers
