Can anyone please advise as to where in Cape Town I can purchase an appropriate tube for a standard Aquila tyre?

The marking on the tyre is: 16 x 6.50 - 8

Herewith results in case it assists anyone else. You need a 400x480-8 tube with a bent valve, to fit the 16x6.50-8 tyre [this tube is also known as a 4.80/4.00-8]
