Benny, hang on.

To my knoledge, not one incident has been the result of manufactured planes being un -designed or skimping on safety features.

Other than wear and tear, my new trike is not any more safe than any other at our field.

What specific are you referring to?

The point I'm trying to make is that technology and experience did not stop when the wheel was invented and since the first planes flew. We are not living in the stone age anymore, both the legislation of the safety regulations and safety improvements had been overlooked and left to stagnate in a big way and it have a big influence on statistics and the way other people see our sport.

Lots of info, reports and products have become available since day one and I do not know if the people accumulating these reports are using it to the best of their capability to maximize safety modifications and legislation. :? :? :?
Growing old is far more dangerous than flying !!!
