Registration markings size is also a new thing getting fined by THEM. They are bragging about the amount of money the are generating for the caa with this Bulls$&@0?. What needs to happen is that the CAA must give us a reason for the fines.
I will e mail Hannelie at CAA and get clarification.
Rather avoid it until you know....but hey... you're the pilot.
