What is considered to be the max approved rpm for takeoff and recommended climb/cruise rpm that will enhance the engine life etc?

Max rpm. 6400 for 5 min.
Max cruising 6000 rpm.
Do you have an operating manual? If not, I will send one to you. All data you need to know is in there.
