Tedderfield - After the Ball is Over!

Postby Le Pou » Sat Feb 09, 2013 9:01 pm

Hi Guys,

A big THANK YOU to MISASA for inviting all Aero Club members to join in the fun at Tedderfield. I thoroughly enjoyed today and met many interesting people. It has been a great event and I look forward to your next annual get-together.

A big THANK YOU also to Tailspin and the Chain Saw Gang for letting us use the Movie House as a rendevous.

I am sure photos will follow once the guys have recovered ... speak for myselve

What was nice to see is how MISASA took mitigating measures wrt last year's critisism. No smoking on the flight line and pilots pushing their aeries to a start-up area. These are signs of a proggresive event ! Well done. Let's show the moaners that we can also run events, AND ... make it gratis !

Again, MISASA committee .... HALAALA ^*^^ ^*^^

Thank you to all that participated. It was absolutely awesome to see the camaraderie between aerobatic pilots, balloonists, sky divers, paragliders, gliders, "war birds", gyro pilots, trike pilots, modellers, LSA pilots, flight schools, suppliers, media participants, the Tedderfield owners and mgt. etc Yes, kids in nappies, John Martin ( WWII Spitfire Pilot aged 90), Commercial Pilots and all types of pilots and wannabe pilots attended to share a story and to enjoy what others had to offer. The sharing by so many is what made the day.

I am gathering pictures and will publish an album in a couple of days time.

I have now joined the ranks of wannabe pilots!

Chaps, I only have 2 Drift Ghost cameras left from Tedderfield at the discounted price of R3999. Normal price from Action Cameras R4250.

This new Drift can be controlled via your cellphone and also includes the necessary mounts and two way remote.

To the first two callers.
