While editing video of a flight My son and I did from Morning Star to Saldanah on Sun 2nd April I noticed that on Take Off there appears to be vortices created by the Warp drive propeller tips.
I have a 3 blade warp drive prop with White tips and use a 380TV line security camera in the wing and wondered if it is Vortices or possibly the fact that due to the camera being slow it is created by the sun reflecting of the prop tips.
Any way it looks great and having seen a pic of a Hercules with prop Vortices it makes me feel like one of the big guns. :D :D :D

Hi DH and Splitter,
Nope my prop doesnt have stainless leading edges. I thought it may have been caused by the white prop but I think Splitter has hit the nail on the head.
Nice pic Splitter the sun seems to be at a similer angle to the sun in my video.
I think that it probably happens more often than we realize but that it is not that visible, with the sun and camera in the right position it shows up.
Sunday while flying around some clouds at about 3000ft AGL I saw a fog patch with some trees sticking out the top and descended to allow Deon to take a pic but when I leveled out at 1000ft the sun had vanished behind a cloud and so had my fog.
