Guys, this is a copy of Oom Paul's info. I don't think we will reach consensus over a date so close to year end. Perhaps amongst your mates, just book a chalet on a day that pleases you, advertise here and see who is going join you.

Weekend of the 8 th Dec is fine with me.
6, 7, 8, 9, come any of those days.
We are on the farm, the runway is smooth and if the weather is not good on the Thursday, come on the Friday or the Saturday..
Looking forward to it..soon as I have the numbers I will buy the beer, braai packs ect..
Bring yr swimsuits along and if you want yr family to join, they are also welcome, there will be place for them aswell.

Lets talk about the cost..
Breakfast about R30 ...Braaipack about R50...Overnight sleep in bushhut R100..Beer and cooldrinks can be bought at cost from me..
Yr stay at Elands will cost about R200. per person..
Pass yr deatails on to Bundy.

Thanks Oom Paul,

I can confirm that there will definately be a gaggle from FABA arriving on either the 7th Fri or Sat 8th Dec. We will decide a day or two before hand depending on the weather reports. Two planes confirmed so far, I will finalise the final details with you closer to the time regarding numbers...

How much hanger space (if any) do you have Oom? :)
