I went down to Cape Town this past week to renew my Gyro Licence and was once again reminded what a wonderful group of people the microlighters are.
I had the honour to meet Len,Christine, Dave and a whole bunch of other guys at Morningstar. What a fantastic experience to get to know you guys.
Thanx very much for the warm welcome me and my dad (Thys) received from you guys!!
Also to Louis and Hannie at Fisantekraal for helping me to get my paperwork in order again.
I did my ab intio with Louis back in 2005 at Fisantekraal and since wandered off into the PPL world.... Needless to say, I'm back in full force and we are eagerly awaiting the arrival of our new Magni M16 in February.
Thanx also Len for taking me up in the M24!!.
You guys are most welcome here in the Norhern Cape anytime when you take a tour Northwards.

Thys's progress is amazing and he will soon be solo and an asset to the Gyro fraternity. We look forward to welcoming you both back!
