Hi Guys,
I need some ballpark prices for used Rotax engines please. 503 & 582. I believe you get dual & single ignition and you'll also need a gearbox, it will also depend a lot on hours on it of course. Is there anything else? Can someone enlighten me please.
Excuse my ignorance but have no idea what these engines cost.
Dankie
Price of used Rotaxes
Re: Price of used Rotaxes
My theory divide cost of new engine by TBO to give cost per hour. multiply by the hours remaining to overhaul = =/- value
Everything is for sale if the price is right.

Thanks for the reply. Can you throw me a bone here please? I don't have a clue what a new one would cost.
Can you give me an example of your theory on one with say 300 hrs on it?
