Hi so if I prang your trike am I liable for the insurance excess or would I have to buy you a new trike? In any event how much in ZAR terms would I be liable?

How i have set mine up is that it is insured fully, the pilot who is to fly must be added to the insurance for a once off payment to cover the gap and get them on the insurance.

The Hire covers part of the insurance payment, if you license is not valid or you are flying for some or other reason without a valid license then sorry for you but you are fully liable but if you are up to date etc then insurance will cover everything.

But in two minds to rent or just to sell outright.
