The next Africa Cup takes place over the last week end in September 27 to 30. I was asked to move the event to these dates so as not to interfere with the Waterkloof airshow on the week end before.

The Hotel Numbi,but will take your booking now so the sooner the better.

Most people will then have to take 2 days leave to attend won't this putt a damper on the event

Intended flight plan:
Crosswinds to Bapsfontein ( where Gary will fly from Klip to meet us at Baps)
Baps to MIddelburg via Witbank
Middleburg to Kwena Dam via Walkersons
Kwena Dam to Numbi

Does anyone know if fuel can be supplied at Middelburg,Walkersons or Kwena

I also think the date will not be conducive to a large turnout.

With public hol kids are available so more families are able to go. Agreed that many will not want to take 2 days leave.

I am due for leave after 5 September - can postpone it to end Sept/ beginning Oct.. was planning to visit the folks and family @ Beginsel.... Now a strange idea takes hold - Potties - Hoedspruit - Numbi, stay for event - then Numbi - Arnot - Beginsel, stay for a week, then Beginsel - Oom Polla - Potties...

Nee Nico - as ek dit doen gaan ek tyd he - ek sal eerder daar by die Wolkberg rond oorgaan en dan al langs die eskarpment af. Wil nie jaag nie. Hoedspruit is net 'n "bail-out". Ek gaan verlof vat so geen haas nie. Wil op Hoedspruit slaap, en dan die volgende oggend vroeg die hele Blyde ding doen. Dan Numbi toe. Gaan jy saam? Van Numbi kan jy terugkap Potties toe - ek gaan dan Hoeveld toe en bietjie diepstories saam met my Pa gesels vir so 'n week.

As ek teruggaan gaan ek vir Oom Blue Max kuier by Elandskamp.
