Our wing is done (^^) (^^) (^^) (^^)

Just waiting for some nice calm weather down in Pinetown so Solowings can Test Flight is and then send it back to us. I get an e mail today asking for the damn logbook..... #@$^! Now I've got to courier that down to them..... Stupid, I should've sent it with the wing.

Oh well.... :roll:

I am so itching to fly guys....the withdrawl is really hitting me now :lol:

No worries bud, cant go flying without our wing anyway :lol:

Craig from Solowings called me today and said he performed the test flight....

....His exact words were "She flys beaut! One of the nicest wings I've flown for a while!! Enjoy!"

Apologies for the picure quality, but this is the first glimpse we've got of the new wing. We could not do exactly the same colour scheme as before due to the old colour Dacron not being avalable.... but I'm very happy with the outcome. (^^) I cannot wait to fly this plane. Whoo Hoo xxx

I have been offered ...but it's just something I dont do Wargames....have never flown a "borrowed" aerie.

....and sitting in the back just aint the same :lol:

After much debate, Stef and I decided to rename our plane. She will look quite different from the old one, and will fly completely differently I'm sure..... The "Princess" has been put to rest.

New beginnings, a chance to start over.

ZU DBP will be known as.... "The Beautiful Dawn" xxx

So I made a few modifications to our instrument pod..... I think I may have overdone it a bit? Cant remember where I mounted the Mags??? :lol:

Ok Guys, the balance towards the NEW wing has been paid and it is on its way. Hopefully THE BEAUTIFUL DAWN will be completed this weekend! (^^) (^^)
