Thanks Bundy.

And now it is the paper war with CAA (actually they were very helpful) and insurers. The helse schlep to get it fixed or scratched, will still see. If the repair costs are high I am scraping her and buying the airframe back from the insurance else I will repair and sell :( !

Ok dit is nou die tweede keer wat ek probeer, eerste een is iewers daar buite (**)

Wind was on the nose and light, did perfect 3point landing (was on the ground for 10m), dumped flaps, stick fully back, power completely cut and rev's coming down (was about 2500-3000rpm), speed 25-30mph, then heavy gust straight from the front (checked wind and was gusting 6 - 30 kph). Sooooo stick back, no power and suddenly lots of airspeed resulted in BB being plucked (**) into the air and then the wind dropped again.

Immediately gave full power and nose down, but not to much, but could not recover, was behind the power curve the whole time and got smacked into the ground again after 75m: Result one banged up BushBaby and one gatvol eienaar!!!!!

Thanks Gav, will know extend off damage on Thursday but doesn't look to bad. Hopefully if all works out Stefan will fly up to take a look and Andre (AP for motor) will come take the motor off for inspection on the crank etc. Will keep you posted.
