Tailspin's MAUSeatW or must I say MAUAssW is under 60kg,I tried to start his Gem,sat down and nearly landed a$$ first on the ground ##

I say..a 582 Aquilla or Raptor, with a pilot weight of under 75kg can easily take up the 150kg..like I said before..I saw it done, the take was ok,long run but then again QNH was not great, but as it was early morning and only 25l fuel...they were airborne and I flew side by side..the dude loved it ##

I weigh 100kg,my 503 Windlass with Aquilla1 wing easily takes myself,a 90kg amigo and a 35l easily...climb out is a bit slow,but once at altitude,we still cruise at 50mph hands off...

One thing..low QNH in the arvie is a b@stard...rather do it early morning, even with low QNH,it aint half as bad

Just my 50c puff

When Big-D was still BIG-D we often flew together in my Safari 582, I nudged 92kg, I will let him quote what he nudged!

You can play with the weight and balance, KNOW YOUR AERIE, KNOW YOUR LIMITS.

We never went over MAUW, you just need to do your calcs!

Dude that was because the Velcro ripped loose from your heavy ass.
My Gemini has a MAUW of 450 according to the manual. The problem comes in that it is very Cozy and it was a tight squeeze with Alex and myself in th craft so a larger person would definately not fit no matter how much i wanted to take them up.
Although i am sure i can safely lift him in the Pink lady with my 70Kg's and his 150kg's but Eish she is going to be a very very looooooong run on takeoff.
