Hi Vatso,

I have a neat little mount that you can use on any bar...next time I am at my hangar I will take a pic and post it. Make sure you get a tripod mount for the go pro, it is about R80 or so at outdoor warehouse...

Mmmm . . . . I tried a pylon-mount with the GoPro suction mount (onto the faring) to get a different perspective but got so much engine vibration that it gave it up as a bad option!

Action Cameras sell a "Roll-Bar" mount that fits nicely on the pilon with no vibration. Works well. Look at the last clip I made. It is compressed to load on youtube but you will get the idea

I too had the vibration issue - even on the A frame.

Found that for triking - must have the following mounts:
Roll Bar Mount (for Pylon or any of the larger tubes)
Bicycle Mount for the narrower tubes like A Frame.
Suction mount - for fairings.

For an unobstructed view, cable tie onto your landing light.

Soon to be seen on DSTV Sport near you.

The rollbar mount is a nice to have. Clamp it right on the back of the keel tube as seen on Tribal Crock's footage for an excellent view just past the keel pocket. I only have 5 of these left @ R425 and think I took all the stock from Actioncams to Overberg and Margate. I will try and bring some more stock to Swartkops if I can. Also have X3 DRIFT HD 1080 cams left at a reduced price. :)
