For a CH701, taking off across the runway is perfectly normal!
The extra parasitic drag caused by the bike is probably taken care of with a bit of opposite rudder I would imagine? Unless of course he packed the wife's one on the other side!
To my untrained eye, the Zenith as above is almost identical to our local Savannah? What are the fundamental differences between them? Hoping the LSA guys can educate me a bit....
