New micro light airfield opened south of Piet Retief town. This airfield was previously used for model airplanes, but the runways were extended to +-500m. All wind directions are covered by various runways. Sleep over facilities (clubhouse with toilets, kitchen, braai`s and shower) and fuel are available with prior arrangement.

PS. We are planning a fly in on the 10/11 of March 2012. If your plane can land on runways between 400 and 500m you welcome. Other larger runways available.

Hi guys. Sorry to inform you but the Fly-in is postponed with two weeks to the 24/25 of March. The weather is not so good here in Piet. You can still come threw if you already planned the trip, just let me know.
