Hi Duck Rogers, thank you for your reply, but I am not sure I understand - you responded by saying that the extension from 10 - 15 years is applicable only to 2 stroke engines?
Maybe some misunderstanding, but, my question relates to the 9 series engines.

No, I think you mis-read my garbled message.
The extension applies to 4 strokes
The mention of 10 years, that was reduced to 8 years, applies to 2 strokes
