Bundy, I found some of pictures to be distastefull. The fact that I have only done 5 posts, including this one, is irrelevant.
Mufasa, I read just about every comment made on topics. Unfortunately I do not know what the content of the topics are, hence the reason for reading them. So if I see an article about a flyaway I read it to learn more about possible flyaway destinations.
Tribal Croc, call me a drol, I really do not care!
Guys put your personal kaalgat photies on facebook or somewhere where people who care can look at them. This site is for aviation related topics. Let's keep it like that.

Hey jeff.... it is much easier just to report the post you are offended by or find distasteful than to pow-wow! Just click on the "triangle with the exclamation mark" - easy! We do pride ourselves here not to bear serious animosity towards each other... unlike other forums... You may also find that those you are ## away at will be the first okes to help you when you ever had to find yourself in a dark alley for some reason or other!

Just a thought... use it lose it :) and no harm done (^^)

This reminds me of another weekend getaway called Kamp Staaldraad. Also caused a little stir if I remember correctly.

My initial responce when I saw the photo was that it was a little risque (inappropriate) for our forum but just let it slide.
I have to take Jeffreys side on this one though . As funny as that photo is it does not belong on Microlighters.

Nou is daar twee drolle in die drinkwater.

Jeff - I take your point, perhaps there is a photo there that may be slightly "offsides", so in the interests of keeping the peace we will be more discerning about photos are posted. However,in answer to your post

Bundy, I found some of pictures to be distastefull. The fact that I have only done 5 posts, including this one, is irrelevant. - Noted
Mufasa, I read just about every comment made on topics. Unfortunately I do not know what the content of the topics are, hence the reason for reading them. So if I see an article about a flyaway I read it to learn more about possible flyaway destinations. - Fair enough, just that after 10 or so posts you may have seen that the thread was going in a way you found "distasteful" - -

Guys put your personal kaalgat photies on facebook or somewhere where people who care can look at them. This site is for aviation related topics. Let's keep it like that. This is the point that I find interesting. You see up here in the greater Gauteng area, we all know each other and trust me we are all pretty good mates (on the forum and off) - So the bulk of the lads that see the postings are good mates and find it just a bunch of fun. Secondly the topic is posted under hangar talk, which on this site is basically a forum where the okes have fun, post jokes, talk a bit of cr@p etc.... so strictly speaking, its in the right forum.. However in the interests again of everyones happiness, we will be more discerning about whats posted picture wise.Lastly as John said, listed below are a bunch of the moderators... if you take umbridge to a thread or a post, feel free to drop us a line and say something... rather than come out swinging... anyway - enough of this now. Welcome to the forum... we do hope that the majority of your browsing is interesting, valuable and informative, because as you say thats what its about.

Have a lekker day - Oh and by the way you didnt answer my question - I see your iN PE, what do you fly ??/
