My advise I'll rather take it like a man and walk around with red eyes- than to look like MR MUFF

Bundy, then you will need our new Nomad series or perhaps the helmets were too small for you. The Nomad will be the opposite and far too hot for summer as its totally enclosed with no chance of wind getting in. The picture shows the under section in neoprene. We are awaiting tooling for this and will be in production probably early next year. Ideal for winter though.

Or maybe we could supply you this fully enclosed system with full duplex comms, a trailing reel, cell jammer, this unit will take a 10kg explosive device and you can decide on the level of armour that you require. Comes with a water cooling suit, cooling fan and most importantly a armoured groin protector. Saves a good kick in the balls....The helmet is draught proof and also very much wind proof. Best is in Desert sand colour for Africa. Helmet is super light on this unit and only weighs 5,8kgs. Visor is 25mm composite.

Cheers Zulu1

Forgot to add the suit also has two quick release straps so you can drink beer quicker if hot..

No worries, these units were for Poland, but yes it fits the standard visor and the way we are tooling it is by having a pvc extrusion. One that we have designed for this application that zips a neoprene skirt under the visor. It will have the option in summer of having a half bib thats very similar to the existing plastic unit or a fully zipped on neoprene bib with a fleece attached to this as well that fits under the suit.

Seriously though very similar to the EOD smock in the picture and obviously that is used to contain secondary shrapnel etc. In fact almost the same design. But for wind.

I think that this will sort you out. I am hoping to come to Aeroden in two weeks (Saturday 19th) if not it will be the 26th and have spoken to Basie (but not as yet confirmed this) and will have a prototype with me. The extrusion tooling is the only part left to complete. It has to be a retro fit on all helmets on the market. I wont come without this unit. The visor neoprene's are I think the way to go as the option of summer/winter is important and obviously will fit all visors in the field.

Cheers Paul

and then of course we do diving helmet comms as a option...waterproof..
