Help to resize pictures

Please can someone explain how to resize your pics to under 100kib....

Go to "paint" click on file, click on open, choose your picture, open it, sellect immage, click on resize and make the percentage smaller, click ok, go back to file, open and save.!!! Whala!!
Sounds like a lot but it is easy.!

Even easier............ Download a small program called 'shrink pic' and thats the last of your 'pic sizing' problems. For any application.
Just drag and save !!! (^^) (^^) done.

Even easier: I just email the pic to me and it gets resized automatically.

When its come back to me I just save it where I want it and retrieve it when I want to post it on Microlighters.
