AFRICA CUP 2011

Postby Rob McFie » Thu Aug 04, 2011 9:52 am

Hi Flyers.

Africa Cup time again.
DATES 30 Sept - 02 Oct 2011

This year the public holiday falls on the Saturday so there no week day holiday to take advantage of. Also a number of the regular guys could not make that week end. Hence we are holding the event at the end of September. This gives you plenty of time to request your leave for the Friday 30th Sept and the Monday 02 October.

I recieved a call from Willie Fick owner of the HOTEL NUMBI. As usual he will be giving us special rates for the Africa Cup 2011.

This year we will hold the usual Spectator competition of Spot landings and bog roll cutting etc. But instead of a nav. we will have a gaggle fly away up to Burkes Luck, Potholes and around the stunning scenery. Breakfast at the Baghdad Cafe on Saturday or Sunday morning followed by prize giving Sunday night.

So, who is in? I need your shirt and hat sizes.

Rob

Van my plaas naby Marble Hall oor Groblersdal .
Glo my.!! (!!)
