Posted on this forum as I need some help, after reading many posts about Gyro intercoms. I worked with Leon (Low Level) and have almost finished the development of a system aimed at sorting this problem. I have completed all interfacing with Microair, Icom ICA200 and 210, all hand helds. I have also made a interface designed for the MGLV10 (eliminates the VOX and side tone). I need to borrow, beg or whatever a Filser ATR series radio if possible ?
The series has had a slight change since the original tests as we have included a 5 volt back up supply to run the headsets that come with the Gyros, the six pin Binder series with a very small interface as well as all other types, David Clark, Lightspeed etc. This alleviates the needs to buy new headsets. Obviously they will need wind shields but the small interface includes noise filters and this has to be test driven..
The unit also includes a ipod input (mutes with radio input) a GPS alert input, audio out for camcorder, direct in for cell phone that mutes with radio in or PTT press and allows pilot and pax to have a community call. The pax level is designed to be lower to allow a pilot override ! With a small extra box a pmr radio may also be used with the system.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Centrifugal force in pure Physics does not exist, however this does not apply to Taxi drivers..

Paul, for how long do you need it. If only you asked 3 days earlier we could have delivered and collected it to/at Salt Rock, without the owner missing it or complaining as she is in Salt Rock on holiday. Depending on how long you need it we might still be able to make a plan.

Contact Old No 7, he has a ATR500 in his plane as backup radio, you might be able to borrow that.

Re: Filser ATR 500 or 600
Thanks Mak for the offer, it may be easier to borrow Old No 7s unit as he has two available. I will obviously have to test fly a unit before I let it loose so to speak. For info we have managed to source the Bluetooth dongle at a acceptable MOQ. This plugs direct in to the phone port and is a retro fit. Our previous supply that worked perfect needed so many that we couldn't justify them. So now the Nomad will have a Bluetooth link as well...
Many Thanks for the help
