Can we bring a tent and stay over and fly back next morning or is it a one day thing?

Hi Boomarang, I doubt it mate... It is after all still a Military Base and we will only have landing authority for the one day.

Dear fellow aviators please assist us with the completion of the forms.
The reason for the flight: mass fly in of Microlights?
Route details: we fly from micro land. What is a good departure time? And what is the expected departure time from Zwartkops?
By voorbaat dankie

Re: It Only Gets Better: Zwartkop & Waterkloof
The reason is that Zwartkops allows us to fly in with our microlights as a treat
Just kidding. Last year we asked to land there just for fun. Les aaranged it and 70 trikes showed up. Of course now we want to do it annually
Last year the guys flew in and procedures were as follows.
From eats and west join south of the airport over R101 and N1 highway junction and then route north allong R101 (old jhb road) and land. Les will confirm this later?
Time is running out. Get those papers in. Lets see if we can get 100 trikes this time

To answer or at least help answer your questions, what we put on the forms is museum day fly in or just fly in, that should be ok! As for the route, departing microland via pindene to FASK! Departure I would reckon 6:30 and departure about 8 am!
It's gonna be freezing
