Most automotive clutch & brake centres will be able to make up a s/s cable for your throttle & prerotator cables or at least point you to someone who can. Make sure you take the end that has the metal ball so that they can match it and heat solder it on for you. Crimping is not nearly as effective and won't hold.
NB!!! Do yourself a favour and buy a proper cable cutter - it's impossible to feed a fraying cable-end through the sleeve and trying to neatly cut or trim steel cable with anything other than a proper cable cutter is simply an exercise in frustration and frayed cable ends.
