HI all

Just a quick note.
Sprayed the wing finally - now to get her to the airfield and to do the final Sunbirst motif. So excited i cannot wait to get the other wing on and then the instument panel in and then .
Will post some pics tomorrow Noticed wifey was taking some cell pics so will dump them tomorrow.

Ok Here are the pics of me Spraying the wing with the FINAL coat.
Now just the final touchups and then off to the Airfield.

Hey Gav, thought that you would be at the festival of flight yesterday. When is the sunbird going to fly? Has mike done the inspection yet?

I was planning to go but my Little one (Aiden) was sick. So we decided to move his room and just get him settled in his new room.
Saw the Harvards and some other Aeries flying around in that direction. Was not happy but hey Family comes first.
Mike has done the Inspection on the Frame etc a while ago so basically it is just final assembly and then the Final Inspection and test flight.
You missed out on the meeting last time as i had a vid of the Motor running. Getting very Close now.
Hope to have convex and rating done by year end and then . . . . . . . . .

I will be flying from there as my VP-1 is also there.

Cannot leave DH without a Bird to Fly and i will still fly the Pink Lady as that is my First Love

Must say you did a great job with the layout
There are some small changes but i fixed them with a small dremmil
Still a bit to do but must say it is coming together nicely now.
Was there yesterday (18 May) and it is looking good with the Dash in and the sunburst will be done this week so hopefully the wing can be taken to the field within the next couple of days and put on the plane - then the countdown begins.

It is with a very heavy heart i must sell her. I sincerely hope she go's to a good home and that she Flies again Soon.
