There was a guy on the TV show American Hot Rods, that did that type of flames. Amazing work.... looks really good !

Didn't see that one but this looks like a standard Ela with a modified nose and a cool paint job.
The Rotax914 is still out the back (where it belongs) and there is no backwheel for the bike.
