Cannot view Pictures and video links

Good morn,
Can somebody help please. I have a new computer with "Windows7" ( I think ). Now I cannot see pictures or the video links attached to posts. There is a blank box where the video used to be and if I click on the box nothing happens.
Will appreciate any suggestions.

Yes, I tried before and after logon. One of the suggestions was that it is some setting on the computer rather than something directly related to the site.

Is your pop up blocker turned on perhaps. It is under tools.

Hi Wagtail,

You need to download "viewers" as window 7 do not come with them, had the same problem and after loading Adobe acrobat reader players and such all was fine again!
