Just incase there are flyers out there buying fuel for the ultralights be warned that the ZENEX garage in Centurion's fuel is contaminated with dirt.
This was in a report in Beeld today.
PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN THE CURE.

On the fuel topic, at what stage is fuel old? Days / weeks / months?
If you have a small amount of fuel 1/3 tanks that has been standing for 3 months does adding new fuel sort out the old stuff?
I have been told that old fuel smells terrible but without ever smelling it I am unsure…….

Ok Gents
I have found in todays Beeld a report on the Zenex and all it says is that it is the one in Jeanlaan(ave?). The thing that worries me is that the owner of the feulstation says that it seems the contamination happend at the depot in Waltloo and therefore it will affect more stations and not only the one in Jeanave!!
Maybe Ill buy somewhere else?
cheers San
