When we go for a drive around the peninsula in my convertible (sadly not a Ferrari) my wife won't sit behind me... similarly, she doesn't enjoy sitting behind me in the Sycamore... great excuse to get a M24

Greetings All.

An agency agreement has been established, and 3 Arrow copters are on order. Current status is that the factory is busy obtaining approval for section T. They estimate that this will take about another 2 months.

The Arrow copter has been in the design stage for the last 6 to 7 years, and has had signifcant input from Eurocopter. During this time several "proto-types" were built with changes made based on actual flight data recorded. The pics you now see are of the 1st serial production Arrow Copter, and this unit will be tested to destruction.!!!! (What a pity)

If you look at the width of the landing gear / wing in the production model vs the one on you tube, you can see signicant changes. This Arrow Copter gyro is also going to be rated for a MTOW of 600kg here in SA. (Extra fuel)

So, we should see the Arrow copter here in SA before the end of the year, AND THEN THE FUN BEGINS ...... to get it certified here.

Regards
Ashley V

PS Thanks for posting the pics George, appreciated.

Greetings All.

Here is a 3D of the additional fuel cells that will be available for the Arrow Copter. (No more Jerry Cans strapped to the back seat, or foldable rubber cells in the cockpit)
