Saldanha Breakfast Fly-In

Postby THI » Mon May 31, 2010 9:50 am

All friends, flying or not, on Saturday 05.06.10 we are organizing a breakfast fly-in at Saldanha flying club from 0800hrs.This is the last before the world cup hit us with the flying restrictions. The weather seems to be good so far. We offer drinks in the club house as well as a bacon, cheese and egg burger(Big one) with a cup of coffee for R25.00 and our normal hospitality. Lets all enjoy the nice winter weather and talk aviation.

I can asure you, that CAA would not get a call for this one. If I don't cancel SAR, I sleep in the doghouse. Mayabe the squash courts is a better option for me ## ##

Pitty mine can't go with.

Sunrise at 07h44, so wheels up at 8h00 should be in order. at FASD at 9h30. Still ample time to enjoy a lekker breakfis and coffee, and still do a nice trip back home.

8h00 good?? or would you prefer 7h30??

Would I be able to keep up with you if I cruise at 50-52mph? Grumpy is faster, I think ...

Cheers,

The only place where Grumpy is faster, is that after a flight he beats everyone to the beer. That is why all Wintervogel flyers take their own these days.
