Check on the www.raasa.co.za website. Click on the "Pilot Requirements" heading, then click on "Conversions Between Categories". You'l find a very helpfull table that would answer most questions.

hi guys
I did a conversion from weight shift to 3 axis in a jabbi at rhino park collected my lisence today
Exams: You need to write Aircraft technical and general LSA (RAASA EXAM) and Principles of flight LSA, very easy exams just study Jim Davies's PPL book and study the Swales mock exams LSA
Hours: Law says you must do 35hrs but you can get up to 15hrs credit so that basically leaves you with 20hrs of witch a minumum must be 10 hrs SOLO
(I did mine in 22.5 hrs)
Do a flight test and bobs your uncle
(Well thats what i did)
P.S Make sure u get a NPL LSA Student lisence before you go SOLO
