Hi Pajero,
I also drive a Pajero, as does my wife, but I do not think the Mizer is the microlight equivalent, the Beaver 550 is. I have been flying one for 20 years and it is still going strong....
When Bert was building Mizers near Brits I used to land there often (Into the prevailing northernly wind one aimed to touch down directly underneath the crossing telephone wire....)
At Brits I regularly saw until recently a flying condition Mizer, did not check its engine, used to be the Rattex 532, predecessor of the 582. In 2004 I sold a GRS to Albie Mouton to fit to his Mizer before he changed to Beaver, but he should be of help. (I have his tel number)
Oh, about the stall speed: should be respected in a Mizer: Bert and Trevor vied for speed and the Mizer glides no better than the Thunderbird.....
FlySafe!

Comes in 503 and 582.Stall 35mph one up and 42mph 2 up.Very docile plane.Handles turbulence ,wind and cross winds VERY well.Needs 582 at altitude but fly's very well at the coast with 503.Speed -cruise 60mph with 503 and 75mph with 582.Lots of drag compared to modern 3 axis but outperforms any trike of its age with speed and weather.Ideal beginners 3 axis. And any body thats got something bad to say about the Mizer ## (**)
