Cops pulled into Morning Star on Sat morning (28th) and wanted to know why some folks were flying :shock:

I Understand that this is coming around again end of Feb? anybody got the Notam?

So, seems like jabi430 can continue organizing a FASH breakfast run for valentines day, so that us "woozies" can land on a "proper" runway again.

Does anybody knows what they are actually exercising for the world cup during these practice runs?? And maybe who is gaining from doing the exercises??

Hmm, was just double checking the Notams and found this:
3.5 All flights operating within the lateral boundaries of Temporary Restricted Airspace Cape Town from GND to FL460, inclusive of all promulgated airspace, must be transponder equipped.
So was going through the trouble of getting an SSC in vain?
