(^^) I still need to pratice it and get use to it.Maybe tomorrow! ## Don't worry with training it will become easy.FLY SAFE!!FLYBOY OBD (!!)

Hi it was only after the training the Instructor told me about the small quick movements. I wanted a hour and half lesson but had to stop after one hour. :(

Short quick movements and eyes down the runway not at the spot where you are landing.

Enjoy

The idea is to be smooth. No jerks. No quick pushes. And oh yes, fly the plane.

Enjoy it.

In the beginning you will find it difficult to concentrate longer than 40 minutes at a time. Rather have shorter concise lessons than waste air time learning nothing

Thanks for the advise been flying this morning things have gone better with the landing attemps. We climb to 5000 feet and all off the sudden it become very quite the motor has been put off it was quite scary  but the instructor was in control. I wandered should I trust the trike first and then the instructor. Would like to hear what you can remember from your first 20 hours  I must say the feeling in diving and the feeling in flying are very similar ##

You know Andy the first couple of hours it is still dificult to find the runway and I sure you right not looking where you going to land as it feels like you are going right into the ground. :(> Do you think it is safer in the air than under the water

When I said short quick movements I meant that on short short finals when you are combatting gusts of wind etc. War games is quite right on the smooth movements but that is when you are flying the circuit and not just before touchdown. The reason for the eyes down the runway is because if you fixate on the spot where you expect to touchdown, the groundrush is more apparent and seems to happen a whole lot quicker. With the eyes down the runway it tends to even things out, slows down the ground rush, and keeps you in a straight line. Same as for take off where you look straight down the runway and not to the side as you tend to start wandering.

Cheers,

Thanks for your advice on the circuit I have done eight hours now and the short movements helping and the hanger is safe at this point. I do find it dificult to get the rollout correct tence to much on the bar. I thought I am a bit more relaxed but now and then I find myself looking at the threashold and not the end of the runway puff . Dont minde the circuit training I dont feel comfortable going solo yet especialy the landing, :( take of no problem. Borrelsickness or sharks not a problem I have got an arangement with the sharks. ## ## ##
