Landed there about a month ago and the runway was fine. Its got a slight ditch in the middle of the runway goin across the runway but nothing serious. If it rained a bit be carefull for the north side of the runway (at the Prime sign) as it tends to get a bit soggy! Spoke the manager there and he said they always maintain the "runway" as the have frequent visitors landing there. Dont have the co-ords with me but go Harrismith straight accross the ridge and take a slight left untill you find the highway. Cant miss it. Enjoy

Flew in there last year in September. Fantastic fun flying in there. Pity more garages didn't have a strip next door we could land on.

To keep it legal, make sure you push your aerie to the pumps, and don't taxi it whilst on the tar (public road).

Thanks everybody, landed there yesterday, runway very good, much needed coffee and breckies very nice,
spend there about 1.5 hrs, and departed via Ladysmith to Springs, entering the TMA with no radio comm. thought
my gyro's radio picked up a problem, eventually I made contact with somebody at Springs, he then told me about the
communication problems on most frequencies, had a few minutes stress entering the TMA without radio comms.

Groetnis and happy new year to all Microlighters, and enjoy safe flying.
