Cost of spares up a gazillion percent

Postby skybound® » Tue Aug 11, 2009 12:27 pm

For the cost of a C-Box nowadays one used to be able to purchase about 40 trikes!!!! (this according to a popular Southern Africa Rotax distributor)
For the E - they probably ran out of space for the digits ;-)

I wonder if they'd lop off the R1.07 if you didn't have the right change handy?

Checks date- nope, not April 1st. This is for real right? Two million bucks for a gearbox? That's almost an MP's car allowance (!!)

Guys, this will only get worse. Follow the Jabiru way. You'll save gazillions
in fuel, in maintenance as well as in purchase. Rotax is total madness with
their prices. ($$) ($$) ($$)

Yes, but there are a few more similar mistakes on their web page, and a few prices that should be mistakes

Definitely a mistake - it is more expensive than a 914 on their website. or maybe it is the Gold edition with platinum gears.
