WHAT OPTIONS DO I HAVE FOR A SAFARI TRIKE BESIDES THE ROTAX 582 AND ROTAX 503.

Also another site if you check out NEW ENGINES further down the list. Oupa-G has also developed a BMW motor, read about it in May's Popular Mechanics or PM him and I'm sure he'll tell you more. It would be nice to see some other engines apart from Rotax in the air in SA.

HEY CANECO ; I LIKE YOUR BMW TRIKE .HOW IS THE PERFORMANCE AND MUST BE VERY QUIET? DID YOU PUT THE 1100,THE1150 OR THE 1200?
AND WHAT ABOUT THE GEARBOX.? I AM QUITE INTRESTED IN YOUR FEEDBACK FOR MY SAFARI .

Its all about power to weight ratio & redundancy. I received this on E mail , incredible engineering if not fake. If one cylinder fails there are 7 spares.

Not fake at all. Go have a look on You tube and you'll fine many miniature engines that actually function. Will see if i can get the site with a miniature Merlin engine with reduction drive and prop running.
I sometimes get confused............But i'm not sure
