Cellphones & Aviation GPS

Postby MILO » Thu Apr 30, 2009 4:08 pm

Are there Cellphones out there that one can load aviation GPS software systems on. There are a fair number of phones that can take A-Gps systems but that is road map stuff, I was wondering if the manufacturers have come up with something for us yet.

Easy cockpit will run on most Windows Mobile based phones, I have it on a HP iPaq and it works well. It also has an optional weather module that shows you updated WX on the maps.

A great product !

Fly safe,

HTC, you can load any GPS software you like. The New HTC HD has a slightly larger screen than most and resolution is awesome even in direct sunlight.
