On the 4strokers Rotax recommend a shortend oil change interval due to the high lead content.Splinter wrote:We have done many trips where we had to top up with avgas on the 912 and have never had any problems! Even works fine if you still have mogas in the tank and you need top up! Also no change in consupmtion!!! But we have always gone back to mogas asap!

That is correct but I dont think half a tank every 100 or 150 hours cant make a very very big diff. Try to only use it when you cant get hold of mogas and then change back asapArnulf wrote:On the 4strokers Rotax recommend a shortend oil change interval due to the high lead content.Splinter wrote:We have done many trips where we had to top up with avgas on the 912 and have never had any problems!
