Klipriver Runway Maintenance

Hi Guys
Needs some help with runway maintenance at Klipriver airfield.
Grass has been cut but runway still has very rough patches ... needs a heavy roller
to flatten things out. (the cheapest / fastest route to a useable runway)

Anybody know where we could beg / borrow / hire at reasonable price a mechanised heavy
smooth roller ? (road construction type)
A day's work at most ... no earth moving ... just rolling .
