Pictures 2 and 3 were taken with a little Kodak point and click thing, the others were taken with a Nikon D70 with a Nikon 18-70mm lense. I used the Kodak for the first year or so after passing my test as I was not confident enough to take the Nikon up - I thought it might interfere with the controls. Turns out it's actually okay, even in pretty violent turbulence. When flying I tend to leave the camera set on auto so I don't have to be fiddling with the controls (this is Scotland after all, flying without thick gloves results in loss of fingers).

Thanks Frogwell, I think it is time for me to update to something more decent than my Canon- Quick-Click (mik-en-druk). Any flight has its "if only I had a better camera" moments. And those moments missed, are lost forever. :(
