drive belt

Is Global Belting the only place to get GT3 belts from - as they have no stock and there will be a 3 week waiting period (3 weeks no flying (**) )

got quoted R1500 (maybe a bit more) plus postage to Cape Town and a 3 week waiting period - found a supplier in UK and got the same belt 720 - 8MGT GT3 landed for 39 pounds.

My question - why are we always getting ripped off in this industry????

Hey Blueman,
Enjoy the flying. Just keep in mind the duties thing if you ever have to import something. I can assist with the freight needs as well.

How many hours did you get on your belt. Why are you changing it?
